AgentRatings.Org, a division of Stand Out LLC, provides independent, unbiased surveys to clients of closed transactions, and adopts certain controls to maintain valid data. Real estate firms or agents pay a modest fee to have us survey their clients and provide agent reviews and ratings. Our ratings reports are based on a proprietary algorithm measuring the level of client satisfaction, using a scale of 1-5 with 5 being the highest. Respondents are given the option of allowing their names to be used, so our policy is to supply names when permission is granted. An agent with a minimum of 3 closed transaction surveys and a rating of 4.1 or higher is eligible to use the Trusted Agent mark, an indication of client satisfaction. Generally speaking the more surveys returned the more valid the data. We believe that ratings and reviews can be used as a tool in the agent selection process, but highly recommend using other selection criteria as well. We take reasonable measures to collect and present valid data but cannot guarantee the data, and advise you to use it at your own risk.
