Comments: Antoinette is very personable and attended to our needs along the way. She was flexible and was able to help facilitate the process as painlessly as possible. She was persistant in getting our needs met and ultimately without this we may not have gotten into our house. We love it!

Comments: I cannot say enough good things about Antionette. We have used her a few times now and she has always gone above and beyond. The first home I had ever bought was sold to us by Antionette. She was the agent of a house that we had looked at to buy. When we got to chatting to her, her knowledge of the area was fantastic. We had told her exactly what we were looking for and had been for quite some time. Nothing we found was quite right. She ended up calling us a week later with a property that had been for sale and taken off the market a year ago!! She negotiated with the seller a wonderful deal and extremely easy transaction! I had become a homeowner the very next month. We were very impressed. Since then Antionette has helped us with what ever realestate needs we have had. I am currently living in Australia and she has just rented out a property that we own. It was a bit of a headache finding the right tenants and getting rid of an old one with a few various dramas. It could have been a disaster being so far away, however, I felt quite relaxed knowing that Antionette was handling it. She was very diligent dealing with various issues. I especially appreciate her availability to all sides of the transaction. I think I've rarely had to leave a message and when I do I am hearing back within 5 minutes. Very reassuring when you are tearing your hair out after a weird email from the tenant! I realise she is not a property manager so it was so nice Antionette could even help us out with our rentals in the first place. She's a star!

Comments: Since I don't currently plan on purchasing/selling anything in the Central Coast, I probably won't need Antionette's services; however, I would recommend her to anyone as a very hard working and dedicated agent
